Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide.

Processing time

  • Original paintings: 3–7 business days to prepare and pack

  • Prints: 5–10 business days (printed to order)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods

Shipping method depends on the size of the artwork and destination:

  • Smaller originals may ship flat and ready to hang

  • Larger originals are carefully rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery and reduce shipping costs

  • Prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size

All artworks are packed professionally and with care.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Originals: 5–10 business days

  • Prints: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or local carriers.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the artwork or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns & Exchanges

Original artwork

All original artwork sales are final.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original paintings, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Prints

All prints are made to order and are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the print arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged Items

Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and damage

Once reviewed, I’ll arrange a replacement (for prints) or an appropriate solution.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the courier.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information. I’ll assist where possible, but I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

I am not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
